Endometriosis, Hysterectomies, and Menopause | MMP Ep. 161

I was so blessed to have coach Brittany on the podcast today to talk all about endometriosis (and adenomyosis). She not only has a ridiculous amount of knowledge around women’s health and hormones BUT also is a woman who has endometriosis and can speak from personal experience. She has lived it - had done multiple things to help and ultimately made the decision to have a hysterectomy (which is not for everyone - listen to episode 25 of the podcast to learn most about hysterectomies and surgical menopause specifically). This podcast will help you understand the risk factors and identify symptoms of endometriosis but also provide you with pain management options and lifestyle changes you can take to improve your quality of life. I am so lucky to have Brittany as a coach on our team because she has lived through hormonal struggles since her first period, has experienced medical gaslighting for decades and because of that it is empowering and coaching women through Vitality through their own hormonal and fat loss journeys. I hope you enjoy this podcast as much as I enjoyed recording it.
